Information held

Enquiries from potential clients

I will keep messages, name, email address and any other information provided – either verbally, through this website or by email – for two years, in order to answer queries and provide subsequent follow up.

Mailing list

I maintain a mailing list which holds name and email address, populated by clients and potential clients registering on this website, or opting in through an enquiry form. Clients who have completed a pre-activity registration questionnaire are added to the mailing list so they can be kept informed about my classes, offers and promotions.  These details are kept indefinitely, but all mailings have opt out link.

PARQs

Pre-activity registration questionnaires (PARQs) completed by clients either through this website or in class, including name, contact details and health information. This information is used for class management, and held for at least seven years for insurance purposes.

Attendence records and class notes

I keep attendance registers of my classes, as well as class notes, which are either collected in class or at the time of booking. This is used for class management and maintaining payment records. They are held for at least seven years for insurance purposes.

Payment data

Payment data – excluding card information, which is never collected on my system – contained on accounting and banking systems, is saved for at least seven years for accounting and tax obligations.

Cookies

Cookies on this website are set automatically by the software. I do not knowingly access these or pass to third parties.

Use of data

Except where required by law, we do not share data with third parties or sell contact lists.

Information held by Realbody Studio is only accessed by me or, if necessary another teacher if you are attending their class or they are covering a class.
